How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind (unopened products): You are responsible for all return shipping costs–. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For returns due to defective, damaged, or wrong items: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
